1) All calls are billed at your telecom providers relevant 0870, 0871, 0844 and various 0905 call rates.
2) To find out the cost of calling from a service provider other than BT, contact your service provider directly; remember your service provider may have a minimum call or connection charge for all calls.

4) Calls are charged from the time of connection to the service- remember to hang-up if the phone is engaged.
5) If calling from a mobile phone remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.

Calls are changed as per the customers' current telephone providers pricing. Therefore if a customer makes the call via their residential BT landline they will be charged according to the call plan they currently have. Most residential BT customers have BT Together Option 1, in which case calls are charged per second (rounded to nearest half pence) with a 3 pence call set up fee.

Minutes shown based on single use of card. A connection charge equal to the per minute rate for the relevant country is charged on each call (up to a maximum of 15p). In addition to the outbound rate, an access charge is charged on each call depending on how you access the service as follows: 0800 - 2p per minute (if dialling 0800 from a payphone there is a 20p/minute surcharge plus your per minute rate for the relevant country); 0845 / 0207 - at your service provider's standard rate. You must purchase the card through an active UK mobile. Unless otherwise stated, higher rates will apply when calling international mobiles and premium rate numbers. Call charges include VAT, are charged per minute and rounded to the nearest penny. Maximum purchase of £30 per day.
